Wild Ass Chef AJ
AJ grew up making food, throwing wood-fired pizzas alongside his restaurateur Father. After more than a decade of working in restaurants, as well as his practice being a private chef, he opened his own restaurant in Glenwood Springs in 2018; serving up-scale contemporary comfort food.
Chef AJ is available for custom-curated private home dinner parties, as well as mountain-top gourmet experiences in Aspen, the Roaring Fork Valley and many parts of Western Colorado.
